For over 25 years, yoga has guided me toward presence, healing, good health and self-knowledge. What began as movement became a way of seeing and of understanding who I am. And it’s that journey I share through my teaching.
Whether you join me live, online, or through recordings, you’re to participate in more than just a practice. I’ve learned yoga isn’t only about the body. It’s a way to observe the mind and the ego – and to gently uncover who we are, step by step, breath by breath.

As I age, yoga is more than a way to keep my body healthy. It expands my awareness and deepens my sense of connection. Without it, I might never have asked the questions that now shape my life:
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What do I truly want?
What is my purpose?

Through practice, I’ve discovered that yoga doesn’t hand out answers – it opens the space to live with clarity, presence, and meaning. Dharma Yoga shaped my early path as a teacher, and its wisdom continues to guide me.
Yet over time, my own practice has evolved. Those familiar with Dharma Yoga may not find exact parallels in my classes, but the essence remains – using the body, mind, and breath as gateways to deeper consciousness.

I create sequences that weave strength and flexibility into graceful, harmonious movement – inviting you to explore not only what the body can do, but the stillness and spaciousness that yoga reveals within.

SUN SALUTES
Awaken your mind and body with traditional Surya Namaskar, enhanced by mantras for each position. The first 20 minutes offer accessible grounding before we move into invigorating inversions and backbending poses. For me it's a full-spectrum, energising practice blending devotion, strength, and flow.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 07:00-08:00


LEVEL ONE
Perfect for those seeking mindful movement and quiet strength.This steady-paced class weaves together Sun and Moon Salutations, standing poses, gentle backbends, and accessible inversions. We begin with breath-led sequences to build warmth and awareness, then explore flowing transitions through balances, hip-openers, and core-strengthening postures.

LEVEL TWO
An energetic, intelligently sequenced class for experienced practitioners. Expect fluid vinyasa flows, arm balances, backbends, and sustained inversions woven into creative transitions that build intensity and depth.
Best suited for those with a strong practice and comfort with inversions and advanced asana.

LEVEL THREE
A master-level practice for those seeking to push limits. Centered on handstands, deep backbends, and complex arm balances, the class demands strength, stillness, and precision while flowing through advanced transitions and long holds.
This is a true Level Three experience—deep, devotional, and uncompromising. Prior experience with inversions and advanced asana is essential.
